Sharrets Nutritions believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

How do I cancel an order on sharrets.com

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order , please do so by writing to us at info@sharrets.com  or by calling at 0141-2339535. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice before the order has been packaged and shipped by us, we shall cancel the order. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.

No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Sharrets Nutritions  marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, X-Mas , New year Eve , Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

Sharrets Nutritions does not accept cancellation requests for Liquid products like Herbal juices etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items , please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once we  checked and determined the same at our own end. This should be reported within 24 hours  of receipt of the products.

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.  

Refund Policy- 14 day return policy

We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at sharrets.com - you can return all items within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact.  

If you are not satisfied with what you have bought, we'll gladly take it back within 14 days from the date of delivery 

For all refunds we will refund the amount to same mode of payment as used during checkout. Refunds for cash on delivery will be made via online transfer of funds to the customers bank account.  

To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within fourteen (14) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.

Refunds are being processed within 21 days of receipt and inspection of the goods.

Note: Nutrition: Products should be received in original packaging and sealed condition. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. For issues like rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavor like/dislike, flavor difference from one brand to other etc. products would not be applicable for return. Please consult with the doctor / healthcare professional before buying the product . Some special rules for promotional offers may override "sharrets.com” 14 Day Returns Policy"
