Shipping Within India:

At Sharrets Nutritions, we strive to ensure your order reaches you promptly and in perfect condition. We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays, using trusted courier services. Should courier service be unavailable in your area, we'll opt for Government Registered Book post or Speed post.

For the convenience of our customers, we offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 500. For orders below this amount , a nominal shipping fee of Rs.75 applies.

Cash on Delivery:

There are no additional charges for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders within India. However, COD is not available for international orders.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times vary by location. For areas serviced by reputed couriers, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Remote locations may experience longer delivery times, up to 7 business days or more.

Damaged Products:

If you receive a damaged product or notice tampered packaging, kindly refuse the delivery and inform us immediately with your Order ID. We'll arrange for a replacement at no extra cost. 

Warranty and Additional Costs:

For domestic purchases, our prices are all-inclusive, with no hidden taxes or charges. However, international orders may be subject to customs fees and taxes, for which customers are responsible.

International Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:

• For orders weighing between 0.25kg to 0.5kg, a shipping fee of Rs.900.00 will be applied.
• Orders weighing between 0.6kg to 1kg will incur a shipping fee of Rs.1500.00.
• For orders weighing between 1.1kg to 2kg, the shipping fee is Rs.2500.00.
• Orders weighing between 2.1kg to 3kg will have a shipping fee of Rs.3500.00.
• A shipping fee of Rs.4800.00 will be applied to orders weighing between 3.1kg to 5kg.

International orders shipped via Indian Govt. Post or any renowned couriers and may take approximately 15-20 days for delivery. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

2. Customs Duties and Taxes:

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
• These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and will be collected by the courier upon delivery.
• We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand the customs regulations and duties applicable to your order.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
