Shipping Within India:

At Sharrets Nutritions, we strive to ensure your order reaches you promptly and in perfect condition. We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays, using trusted courier services. Should courier service be unavailable in your area, we'll opt for Government Registered Book post or Speed post.

For the convenience of our customers, we offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 500. For orders below this amount , a nominal shipping fee of Rs.75 applies.

International Shipping:

For international orders, shipping charges will be applicable extra as below:

Rs.900.00   : 0.25kg - 0.5kg 
Rs.1500.00 : 0.6kg - 1kg
Rs.2500.00 : 1.1kg - 2kg
Rs.3500.00: 2.1kg - 3kg
Rs.4800.00 : 3.1kg - 5kg

Please note: Any applicable customs duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the customer upon arrival in their country. We advise contacting your local customs office for specific information.

Cash on Delivery:

There are no additional charges for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders within India. However, COD is not available for international orders.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times vary by location, but most customers receive their orders within 3–4 business days in areas served by our trusted courier partners. 🚚✨

Standard delivery generally takes 5–7 business days, while remote locations may take slightly longer.

International orders are typically delivered within 15–25 days, depending on destination and courier service (liquids excluded).

Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier operations, weather, or regional restrictions. Our support team remains available to help track your order and provide updates.

Damaged Products:

If you receive a damaged product or notice tampered packaging, kindly refuse the delivery and inform us immediately with your Order ID. We'll arrange for a replacement at no extra cost. 

Warranty and Additional Costs:

For domestic purchases, our prices are all-inclusive, with no hidden taxes or charges. However, international orders may be subject to customs fees and taxes, for which customers are responsible.

Liability Clause:

We hold no liability for losses arising from declined transactions or damages incurred during transit to the buyer.
